Crease Release by Dr. Brandt is a different type of anti wrinkle cream. This product has an almost dry texture in the jar. Some people may like this, some may not. It wouldn’t have been my first choice, but a few of my friends who have been using this product for a while just love it as they say it doesn’t make your skin feel greasy. My concern was that it would give you the feeling that you where applying chalk on your face.. not true, my friend assured me. Well, there’s probably a good reason why this product is a huge hit among the rich and famous. Let’s take a closer look!
How does it work?
You apply a small amount on your skin after you’ve already cleaned and moisturized, between the cleaning and moisturizing you can also use an anti aging serum if you want. After applying you let it ‘work’ for a minute or so. The cream does several things, but the most important one is that it relaxes your facial muscles which results in a smoother, younger looking face. Besides this temporarely effect this cream also has the regular ingredients for long term results.

Conclusion
After using Crease Release you notice the difference immediately and when properly applied it can last you all day. My friend who did most of the testing liked the way this cream feels when using it. It’s refreshing in a menthol sort of way. The short term results are astonishing , your face looks younger the minute after you’ve applied this cream. The long term results are like most other creams, Crease Release slows down the aging proces and even gives you back a bit of your youth!

Bought this on the recommendation of a beauty magazine. I have tried a number of wrinkle creams and gels and find that many of them are very greasy. This product has almost a dry texture in the jar and yet doesn’t leave my face feeling dry or oily. Mild numbing and cooling sensations. I use it more for a preventative rather than a treatment, so I’m not sure how it does on deep wrinkles - but, I see a noticble difference after I put it on around my eyes and frown lines. I would say the “lasts for 8-10 hours” iis a bit much - I would say more like 4 hours. Works well under makeup
Ok here is a tidbit review for you ladies in your mid 30’s with crows feet or like me and my friend’s like to call the forehead-taco (that frown line in between your eyebrows). Dr Brandt’s Crease Release.
My friend called me in the middle of the night super excited because she said she had discovered botox in a bottle and that I had to take my butt to nordys the next day and buy some…so of course, I check it out. $150.00 for a little tub of squishy cream! I asked the SA if it really worked and she said that she had seen it work but that it wears off. She also told me that I could put some on my face and try it out - so I did, and it did work!!! I guess whatever ingredients they have in the cream actually “fills in” somehow the wrinkles on your face and smooths it out big time!
but I didn’t buy it. LOL I’d rather have my fine lines than slather my face with sponge-cream filled wrinkles. but if you have a need for immediate wrinkle free skin, I think it would totally work. I might use some for my high school reunion now that I think about it…
In the store I was amazed by how effective this was on deep lines over my upper lip. It worked at home too. The problem for me is all the fuss and time wasted in applying something that really only minimizes what’s there. The chalkyness it has does disappear once the moisturizer is put on over -but what a lot of fuss. I use it only on special occassions now and even then I find that for me the price is not worth the benefits. At my age I don’t think anything in a tube or jar is going be that effective anymore.
This is a strange product. It has a dry chalky testure, not creamy at all and this flaky texture appears on the skin as well. It does not sink into skin, leaves white areas where applied and when you try to rub it in, it flakes off. I actually thought my jar was spoiled. It does appear to have a slight effect on frown lines, etc, but the ‘cooling’ feel is more of a burn that lasts for hours and don’t put it anywhere near your eyes. I luckily received this product as a sample and will not consider purchasing.
I saw a noticable difference within 2 weeks, wrinkles seemed less noticable. My skin seemed to look younger and smoother. I have used countless creams and moisturizers over the years, this is the best ever.
This stuff works great! I have been using this as wrinkle relaxer for some time now, over a year and it is the best one I have found. I put it around my eyes and works great there and also for the labial lines around the mouth, they pretty much disappear, the effect doesn’t last forever but you can always reapply the prodcut. I am 34 and have some lines but not super ones but have started using products in middle twentys so have alreays taken care of my skin and always get pegged for way younger than my age of 34, actually pegged for middle twenties at most, so I think this along with other products I use helps. Wish it didn’t cose so much though, eventhough you only need a small amount but the price is still high.
OMG! This stuff is amazing. I have been reading a lot about the dr. brandt line lately, and went to sephora today to see. Ultimately I was looking for an anti-aging day cream, and the rep also gave me a sample of the crease release cream to try out. I just got home and put this on the little lines between my brows and also the lines from my nose to my mouth. The result was INSTANT! The lines just disappeared! I should add that I am 33 and am just showing signs of aging, but the lines between my brows have been there a couple of years now. The deepest one was the only one that didn’t go away - but did look about 80% “relaxed”. Slight numbing feeling where the cream was applied, but other than that - too early to tell if anything else. Great instant results!! I have two generous samples from sephora, but if this stuff continues to work for me, would definitely buy again! I would recommend just getting a sample for yourself to try, because the dr. brandt line is quite pricey.

I had high hopes based on the reviews but this did absolutely nothing for me. I was using it under my eyes for some very fine lines and there was absolutely no improvement at all. It felt nice and didn’t cause breakouts around that area but it’s very expensive and just didn’t work for me. I also don’t like the bulky jar and the top got some weird cracks in it.
